Comdata Fuel Card Import

How to use import your data from Comdata

1. Under Reporting, you will click on IFTA. Once you have clicked on IFTA you will select the Fuel Purchase Imports tab and select Import Fuel Card Purchases.  From there you can select Comdata. You will see the page below:

2. Once you click on "Connect to Comdata", you will be taken to Comdata's site so that you can log in and download your fuel card purchases. You will see the page below:

3. After you've downloaded the file and uploaded it into our software, you will be able to view the uploaded information and match the purchases to loads that were created in AscendTMS by going to Review Import History.
